Do you offer emergency dental services?
If you’re experiencing severe tooth pain, a broken tooth, or any urgent dental issue, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
Should I bring any documents to my first dental visit?
Yes, if you have any previous dental records or X-rays, you can bring them to the clinic. Other than that, keep your dental insurance details and cards handy.
What insurances do you accept?
We proudly accept all dental health insurance and are a preferred provider for HCF, NIB, BUPA, and Medibank.
What other forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, credit card, and Government vouchers (TAC, DVA, and CDBS), and also offer payment plans through Afterpay and Humm.

Can I eat before my dental appointment?
Yes, you can eat before your appointment unless you’re scheduled for a procedure that requires fasting. If you’re coming in for a cleaning, brushing your teeth beforehand is a good idea.
